I have been having some software issues that have been slowing down my level design progress, but the Well Clearing section and the stairway to the bog have been grey-boxed. I have also completed the first storyboard draft for the Pennedetta section of the game and the two possible endings.
Storyboards: 3 hours per storyboard, 9 total hours
Grey-boxing: 3 hours
Total: 12 hours
